Laundry
Our Laundry and linen inspection control allow us to carefully fold and inspect each linen and towels before dispatching to a room enhancing our guest experience by delivering only the cleanest linen and towels to our guests.
Houseman
Our houseman team members are responsible to Assist room attendants in their work. Collect linens for laundering, receive, and store linen supplies in appropriate locations Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues so our rooms are turned on time for our guests.
Engineering
The primary duty of our Engineering team is to ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel from the temperature of the lobby to the temperature of the shower water, the engineering and maintenance staff do a lot of work behind the scenes. But that work ensures a great experience for guests. When vacationers experience facility problems – such as cold water, heating and air conditioning issues, burned-out light bulbs, leaking faucets be sure that our team will be there to take care of any issues.
